An optional 15 minute meeting is offered free of charge.  Some clients like to use this to check out who they can best see themselves working with.

Online sessions are charged at £50

Face to face sessions are charged at £60 (the reason for a higher cost is to subsidise room hire)

The counselling contract is shared to you for signing between sessions 1 and 2.
