Tell me more ...
Life is a complex thing! If you need a confidential space and a safe, sincere person to journey with you through the things that bring you to counselling, I'd be delighted to have that privilage.

You are unique. Different approaches to counselling often suit different people and problems. As an integrative therapist, I am trained to draw upon various approaches with a view to ensuring that you get what you need from therapy. I look to work at a pace and in ways that work for you. For some people this includes working creatively, for others, more conversationally. Some people need time to experience being heard and work through difficult things, others benefit from a more coaching-styled, directive approach. As we get to know each other, what is helpful for you becomes apparent.

How long does it take?

I offer open-ended counselling meaning that there is no minimum or maximum number of sessions. I have worked with clients who have reached their goals in 6 sessions and wish to end the work there, others need several months or even in excess of a year; it very much depends on what you want and need. Regular reviews help with making a sound decision.

Sessions are usually for 50 minutes weekly.
