About Counselling
Many people have found counselling to be a very powerful and helpful process involving a confidential, safe space, where you are free to share your thoughts feelings and experiences without judgement.

I seek to help you discover insights and tools to empower your journey towards your therapy goals. We work together, to process how the past relates to the present and your view of the future, supporting personal growth and healing.

How long does it take?

I offer open-ended counselling, meaning that you are not committed to any given length of time. Some people want counselling for a short period to address a specific matter i.e. 6 sessions or so. Others engage for much longer. It's about what you need and choose to do.

We will work together for as long as you wish and it is mutually agreed that you are benefitting. Intermittant reviews may help you to consider if you are getting what you need out of therapy and when it is time to work towards an ending. Sessions are usually for 50 minutes weekly.
